1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Gautham Krishna R S ("we", "our", "me", or "the Site") and any services booked through it, including custom website design and development. By accessing or using the Site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or book a service.

2. About This Website

The Site is a portfolio and services page. It presents information about our work and skills, and offers paid website design and development services through published packages. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice or a binding offer until a project is agreed upon in writing.

3. Services and Deliverables

We provide custom website design, development, and deployment as outlined in the selected package (Basic, Standard, or Advanced) or as agreed in writing for a project. Deliverables include the completed website, its source files, and deployment to a live link. Specific inclusions and exclusions are described on the pricing page and confirmed before work begins.

4. Payments and Deposits

Projects require an upfront deposit as agreed before commencement. The remaining payment is due upon project completion and prior to final asset handover. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change; the price agreed at the time of booking applies to your project. Payment is typically arranged via UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed method.

5. Revisions and Scope

Standard packages include a set number of revision rounds as described in the package. Additional revisions, or requests outside the agreed scope, will be billed at an hourly rate or quoted separately. The client is responsible for providing content (text, images, branding) within agreed timelines; delays in content may shift the delivery date.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design and its assets. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and case studies. Third-party assets (such as fonts, images, and map embeds) remain subject to their respective licences. All content on the Site itself, including layout, typography, code, and original assets, is owned by Gautham Krishna R S unless stated otherwise.

7. Use of the Website

You may browse the Site, share links to it, and contact us through the contact details published on it. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's design, text, or code for commercial purposes without prior written permission;
• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

8. Prohibited Activities

In connection with your use of the Site, you agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content from the Site;
• introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code;
• interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
• impersonate us or misrepresent your relationship with us.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party platforms, including GitHub, LinkedIn, LeetCode, WhatsApp, and others. Services we build may include third-party integrations such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, or analytics tools. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in connection with the relevant project.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content you provide for a project.

14. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. For paid projects, either party may cancel by written notice; completed work is paid for on a pro-rata basis as agreed. Sections 6, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive any termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
